I love reading erotic stories for a couple reasons. One reason being that a well written story can get me super horny and the other being that I get some wonderful ideas to put into practice every now and then. The book I most recently read is Hide and Seek provided to my by EdenFantasys who have a large selection of erotic books and movies. This book is an anthology of erotic stories that focus on voyeurism and exhibitionism. Alison Tyler and Rachel Kramer Bussel (two well-known erotic writers and editors) teamed up to edit this book which resulted in a well balanced collection of stories. Hide and Seek is a paperback book with smooth, glossy covers that are actually pretty discreet. Some anthologies leave no doubt about what is between the covers of a book, but that isn’t the case here. There is the silhouette of a woman, dark enough that from far away it wouldn’t be immediately noticeable that she’s nude. You only have about half of her head down to her waist and she is facing away from the camera. The woman’s form is back lit by large, bright windows and the lower half of her is covered by the title. Underneath the title in smaller font are the words ‘erotic tales of voyeurs and exibitionists’ so anyone who gets really close will figure out what you’re reading. The back of the book has the same image of the woman, only larger. There aren’t any large tell-tale words on the back, so if you are comfortable reading it in public, but also want to be cautious, you can lay it face down to be more discreet. There are 187 pages including the ‘About the Authors’ and ‘About the Editors’ sections. There are a total of twenty-one stories in the book, all by different authors, ranging from five to twelve pages long.
These stories revolve around the theme of voyeurism and exhibitionism, but that doesn’t mean you have to BE a voyeur or an exhibitionist to enjoy them. There is plenty of hot stuff that any reader could enjoy in these pages, whether you would ever do them or not. I feel like reading about sex and watching porn is a touch voyeuristic anyways, so if you’re into any of that, you’ll probably enjoy at least some of the stories. Here are a few of the ones I enjoyed the most:
Counting The Days by Saskia Walker- This story is about a young woman who is temping in a boring job at a law firm transcribing audio tapes. She has about a month left to work there and has just finished her first week thinking about how she won’t make it through. On that Friday, though, things change a bit. While she’s in her office, a shadow falls across her desk and she turns to find a window cleaner outside her window. He compliments her legs (by writing a note and holding it up to the window) and suggests she wear a shorter skirt next time. From there, the two flirt and tease each other through the glass, bringing some fun to her Fridays. One day, watching just isn’t enough and the sexy window cleaner makes his way inside where the two finally slake the lust they’ve been building together.
The Craziest Thing by Gwen Masters- The female character in this story is telling you about the craziest thing she’s ever done. She’s dating a rock star and has been to plenty of shows and around plenty of crazy groupies, but one groupie in particular drove her to her craziest act ever. After seeing a young blond groupie kiss her boyfriend, who did not kiss her back, she takes off and he chases after her. The two decided to settle once and for all who his woman is and put on a very public show. They end up having sex on the hood of a car circled in a ring of fans and groupies. It turns into a kind of group thing with the fans and groupies either hooking up with their siginificant others or just masturbating as the rock star and his girlfriend put on a sexy show. It ends with the main character feeling more secure about her position in his life, and having a really crazy story about being watched and watching the fans around them.
For All the World to See by Matt Conklin- This may have been my favorite of all the stories. Matt and Christina are a couple and Christina loves for Matt to control her, tell her what to do, and when to do it. One of her favorite things to do is to give Matt blow jobs. In this story, Matt wants her to do just that, but he can’t give in too soon. He decides to add another level to their play and use his new webacm to record them and broadcast it out to the world. He teases Christina a bit, fingering her mouth, slaps her a little, puts her into submissive poses and fingers her pussy. He finally gives in to her pleas to let her suck his cock and even includes some smacking on the face and tongue with his cock. After the blow job, he turns off the camera and the two have fast and furious sex that ends with Matt coming on Christina.
Visual Memory by Teresa Noelle Roberts- Have you ever seen two people having sex, seemnigly unaware that they are being watched? This story is about an artist who saw her first couple having sex in college and the effect it hadon her. The scene she describes is extremely hot. She’s in her dorm room which faces more dorm rooms when she notices that a couple from across the way is having sex with the blinds up. The boy and girl are people she has met and seen around campus, but has never thought of in a sexual way. She surprised at how sexy and passtionate they look with their clothes off and enjoying each other. The girl isn’t your stereotypical skinny blond and the guy isn’t a muscular stud, they’re regular people. She tries to sketch them as they move from activity to activity but soon finds herslef becoming so turned on that she has to choose between sketching and getting off. She decides to get off first and later tries to draw from memory the things she saw. She discovers a new element that her previous art was lacking and that is challenging for her to capture. Passion in drawing, painting. Over the years, she revisits the memory to remind herself of what her art could and should be anytime she feels like she’s losing focus.
A Girl, Two Guys, And A Sex Toy by Kristina Wright- The main character is a recently single female who decides to throw a New Year’s Eve party for all her other single friends. She invites her two guy friends who she has lost touch with while she was in a relationship. The three of them end up in her bedroom catching up when one of them notices a present she received from her friend Kaitlin. It’s a giant dildo. She’s embarassed at first but quickly decides that she’s horny enough to give the dildo a try as she sees how the guys are getting turned on. She takes of her pants and panties and starts trying to take the large dildo into her but thinks she won’t be able to. With a little encouragement from the guys, she pushes on and ends up having an amazing orgasm. The guys watching and encouraging, but not trying to take over turned out to be a huge turn on for her.
There are quite a few more stories in the book that I really enjoyed, but you’ll have to read for yourself if you want to find out what they are! I already knew before I got this book that I like the idea of voyeurism and exhibitionism, but maybe you’ll discover something new that you like.
