Tantus Flex

Tantus is easily one of my favorite companies. They are always coming out with new products that come in top of the line materials and fun colors. The Flex is one of their newer releases and a unique design, as you can see. This silicone gem is designed for double penetration with a nice main shaft and a smaller beaded arm.

The main shaft of the Flex is a firm silicone with an iridescent finish. Mine is the light purple, but it has a mix of metallic-y purple and blue. It measures 7.5 inches from base to tip with the beaded arm beginning at about 1.75 inches up. The main shaft is approximately 7 inches long from the top of the flared base and has a diameter of 1.5 inches. The insertable portion of the main shaft is 5.25 inches long, which is also the length of the beaded arm. The beaded arm is .75 inches in diameter and looks to be close to two of my finger pressed together in size comparison. I mentioned the flared base earlier which doubles as holder for a bullet. The flared base itself is 3 inches in diameter and the reservoir is .75 inches in diameter.

As I said, the silicone of this dildo is very firm, with very little give. The little beaded arm is flexible so that you can get it at the right angle for your anatomy. I found that the best way to use the Flex for me is to warm up with the main shaft first (with plenty of water-based lube). I like to start with the beaded arm facing up so that I can rub it against my clit a little for stimulation, which is even better when you put a bullet in the base of the Flex. Once I’m ready, I apply lube to the arm for insertion. Now, there was definitely a little bit of a learning curve for me getting the arm and shaft to work together. My first attempt, I was laying down and was getting very frustrated because I could get one in, but not the other. Just as I was about to give up, I decided to try standing up with my foot rested on the edge of my bed frame…and voila! Finally got everything where I wanted it. Since that first time, I always stand up for insertion and it is a complication free process now.

Alright, so both pieces inserted, how does it feel? Even better than I imagined! I often use a plug or dildo for anal stimulation while using another toy vaginally, so having both orifices filled isn’t new to me. But what is new is the size of beaded arm. Normally, my anal toys are quiet a bit bigger with a flared base for safety. Since the arm is attached to the big shaft, there is no worry of ‘winking’ this little thing into your body. The way that the arm is shaped makes it point towards my vag internally (at least that’s how it feels) and it presses wonderfully against the wall between them. Because this is such firm silicone, I prefer to thrust gently and shallowly but it really is plenty. The slightly bulbed head rubs satisfyingly against my g-spot and feels amazing while the beaded arm gently massages from the other side. With the smaller size of the arm, I don’t feel like I’m pushing against it in a negative way as I can with some plugs. A bullet in the base adds vibration to both the shaft and the arm and it all ends up in orgasmic convulsions. Another win for Tantus!

As with all of Tantus‘s silicone products, you can clean the Flex with warm water and anti-bacterial soap, toy cleaner, boiling for 3 minutes, or placing it in the top shelf of the dishwasher without soap. If you do use the beaded arm vaginally, make sure that you have properly cleaned it after anal use to avoid any complications.
